Roller gates – are the industrial gates for the high industrial usage. The gates are like roller blinds: when opening, the leaf is winding itself into a roll and is spooling on the roll situated in the protective casing.

It is recommended to use this type of the gates when the height of the opening is limited as the casing with the roll inside does not take any place in the garage. The basic advantage of the roller gates is their compactability.
The gates are usually supplied with an electric drive and controlling system, but small exemplars can be easily operated manually. The gates are packaged with manual torsion drive and blocking unit – key or manual ledger. The automatic drive can be equipped with the system of remote control, key switcher access systems, magnetic cards and electronic keys.
During the installation of the roller gates you do not need a lot space above the opening of the gate as the carcass of the gates is wound up on the roll. It is itself not a great advantage and especially important in the case when the gates are installed in the warehouses with cantilevers, in the case when the reach fork trucks and pick-and-place bridges are used, or when there is specific equipment in the premises provided by its construction.
